ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Software Delivery Consultant at Systems X, you will be a critical player in our software development and delivery process. Your primary role will be to work closely with our development teams and clients to ensure software solutions' successful deployment and integration. Your expertise will guide the seamless transition of software from development to operational stages, ensuring client satisfaction and project success.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Oversee the delivery of software projects from inception to completion.

  • Collaborate with business partners to understand software capabilities and limitations.

  • Work directly with clients to integrate software solutions into their business processes.

  • Provide training and support to clients post-deployment.

  • Ensure that software delivery aligns with project timelines and client expectations.

 

ADDITIONAL DUTIES:

  • Collaborate with Video Content Creation 

  • Support Documentation Development

 

TECHNOLOGIES YOU WILL USE:

  • Cloud-based ERP.

  • Cloud-based Project Management and Collaboration tools. 

 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

  • Demonstrated experience in software configuration.

  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Ability to solve complex problems and provide workable solutions.

  • Ability to travel to client sites (5%-10%).

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with cloud platforms and SaaS solutions.

  • Certifications in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile).

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.

 

LOCATION AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Spring, Texas.

  • 40-hour work week (Hybrid/Onsite).
