ABOUT THE ROLE:

As an IT services Delivery Technician, you'll be pivotal in maintaining and supporting our clients' network and desktop environments. Your tasks include end-user assistance, remote monitoring, problem resolution, data entry, and scheduled onsite visits. We count on you to deliver first-level support with a friendly and professional approach, ensuring our clients clearly understand their issues and the steps towards resolution.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Provide Level I and II support for hardware, software, LAN/WAN connectivity, and security.

  • Maintain support documentation and manage ticketing system updates.

  • Setup and manage user accounts and equipment.

  • Diagnose and repair system failures, manage servers, email, web services, and cyber incident remediation.

  • Participate in new client onboarding support and field-serviceable parts replacement.

 

POSSIBLE ADDITIONAL DUTIES:

  • Installation and configuration of wireless networking equipment. 

  • Support sales and Cyber Security teams with assessments.

  • Remote support for handhelds and tablets, and mentor new team members. 


 

TECHNOLOGIES YOU WILL USE:

  • Remote Management and Service Desk Portals.

  • Proprietary in-house software.

  • Cloud-based Project Management and Collaboration tools. 


 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Technical aptitude and strong interpersonal skills.

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent technical experience, plus 1-2 years in IT support.

  • Basic understanding of networking principles, Active Directory, and malware/spyware removal.

  • Excellent organization, documentation, and communication skills.

  • Ability to travel to customer locations (20%-40%).


 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years in IT support.

  • Experience in IT Managed Service Provider environments..

  • MacOS experience and multilingual skills are a plus.


 

LOCATION AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Independence, Ohio.

  • 40-hour work week with a remote-office capability.
