ABOUT THE ROLE:
As an IT services Delivery Technician, you'll be pivotal in maintaining and supporting our clients' network and desktop environments. Your tasks include end-user assistance, remote monitoring, problem resolution, data entry, and scheduled onsite visits. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide Level I and II support for hardware, software, LAN/WAN connectivity, and security.

Maintain support documentation and manage ticketing system updates.

Setup and manage user accounts and equipment.

Diagnose and repair system failures, manage servers, email, web services, and cyber incident remediation.
- Participate in new client onboarding support and field-serviceable parts replacement.
POSSIBLE ADDITIONAL DUTIES:

Installation and configuration of wireless networking equipment.

Support sales and Cyber Security teams with assessments.

Remote support for handhelds and tablets, and mentor new team members.
TECHNOLOGIES YOU WILL USE:

Remote Management and Service Desk Portals.

Proprietary in-house software.
-
Cloud-based Project Management and Collaboration tools.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
-
Technical aptitude and strong interpersonal skills.
-
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent technical experience, plus 1-2 years in IT support.

Basic understanding of networking principles, Active Directory, and malware/spyware removal.

Excellent organization, documentation, and communication skills.

Ability to travel to customer locations (20%-40%).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

3+ years in IT support.
-
Experience in IT Managed Service Provider environments..

MacOS experience and multilingual skills are a plus.
LOCATION AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Independence, Ohio.

40-hour work week with a remote-office capability.
