ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Client Success Associate you'll be the cornerstone of our customer advocacy efforts. This role is tailored for those who excel in customer service and sales, offering support for client orders, addressing invoicing discrepancies, managing renewal outreach, and spotting upselling opportunities. You will be pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering lasting relationships with our clientele. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for customer service and a talent for sales and accounting.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Act as a liaison between accounting, sales, delivery teams, and customers.

  • Resolve invoicing discrepancies and manage customer billing inquiries.

  • Conduct renewal outreach with customer orders and identify potential upselling opportunities.

  • Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

  • Provide feedback from customers to sales and delivery teams for service improvement.

  • Foster and maintain strong customer relationships.


 

ADDITIONAL DUTIES:

  • Become a brand Ambassador

  • Support Company Road Events


 

TECHNOLOGIES YOU WILL USE:

  • Cloud-based CRM.

  • Cloud-based Project Management and Collaboration tools. 


 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or a related field.

  • Demonstrated experience in customer service and/or sales.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, especially in invoicing and billing.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Organized and proactive in managing customer relationships.

  • Ability to travel to headquarters in Michigan and attend road shows (5%-10%).


 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Prior experience in handling billing inquiries and customer renewals.

  • Experience in IT Managed Service Provider environments a plus.

  • Proficiency with CRM systems and customer service tools.


 

LOCATION AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Spring, Texas.

  • 40-hour work week (Hybrid/Onsite).
